Rebecca takes a holistic approach to wellness and believes it is important to take time for yourself. Reflexology is known to help reduce stress, induce relaxation, improve sleep and promote well-being and that is why she decided to take this career path and set up her small business in here in Suffolk.

As a fully qualified reflexologist and studying Aromareflex, Becki decided to expand and offer additional services going forward, like baby reflexology classes, and to also supply complimentary relaxation products online.
